Here are some general nutrition tips. These tips are not meant to be slavishly followed, they are just suggestions.

Most of these tips are probably already familiar to you. That's a good thing.

  • Keep your hands off diets.
  • Change your diet permanently.
  • Change your diet gradually in small steps.
  • Consider your preferences when changing your diet.
  • Start the day with breakfast.
  • Eat when you're hungry.
  • Always eat your fill.
  • Stop eating when you're full.
  • Eat what you like.
  • All foods are allowed, but some should be eaten little or rarely.
  • Take your time to eat.
  • Chew your food thoroughly, you'll have more.
  • Reduce fats and carbohydrates in favor of proteins.
  • Eat as much fruit and vegetables as possible, if you can tolerate them.
  • Eat wholemeal products if you tolerate them.
  • Avoid soft drinks with sugar or sweeteners.
  • Fruit juices also contain a lot of sugar.
  • Eat a lot of protein and little carbohydrate at dinner.
  • Drink one or two glasses of water before each meal.
  • Drink water if you have an appetite without physical hunger.
